M92 carry case

Where can I find a green canvas carry case (drop case?) for my M92 underfolder?

TIA

Jason

I've never seen a Yugo specific krink case. You might try Tantal's site. He may have some of those MVD cases available. I tried using both the Polish u-folder canvase and Bulgi side-folder cases but they were each too long. These days I just use a tennis racket case to carry my M92. I put on my nike visor and shorts, then I look completely harmless.

I like the tennis bag, my wife has some girlie looking tennis bags, I have to make one mine.

I just ordered one of these, hopefully it will fit.

It will fit, but the case is about 6" or so too long. Your rifle will slide back and forth and the end of the case will flop around. It annoyed the hell out of me. Good luck snagging a case from the Mrs.

She would love nothing more than to have a good reason to buy another case.

I have a store that does some commercial sewing for me, I will have him tweak the case so it fits a little better.

I have a 21" "tool" bag that will house the M92. I'm working on fabricating internal dividers to segregate an SBR or two plus mags. If I cannot find/alter something at Home Depot, I'll fab the dividers from Kydex. I much prefer retrofitting pre-made stuff as it saves time.

With the Tennis Bag, does the charging handle "poke" the side of the bag? I need to borrow a bag and test with my sbr collection.

Everything fits inside the bag, but it has to be carried across the shoulder or it's obviously not a racket inside. A Dewalt reciprocating saw case works well too. I've seen one with a custom foam instert.

There is a Dewalt store within walking distance of my office. I may have a project for this weekend...

It's not 3" too long and the rifle slides around unsecure? My Polish U-folder canvas is too big to use for my M92. Just figured the Bulgi side folder would be the same. I'll have to try it out. Might snag that one on gunjoker for $15!

The KVAR canvas bag is for the Krink so it fits. I have the Polish U-folder canvas bag which is too long for the M92. Had I not found the krink bag I would have purchased a polish u-folder canvas bag and had it shortened locally.

The bag came from KVAR new, so it was a tad snug getting the M92 in the first time.

As far as the "internal" dividers for the 21" tool bag, I purchased two 24" window box planters from the home despot and cut off the top 1/2. Both boxes fit within the bag, I now need to find a drop in tray that will sit on top of the cut down planter boxes to keep a sight tool, ammo, mags, etc. The M92 fits perfectly as does my UMP clone. My AR & MP5 clone SBRs require minor disassembly.

Tool Bag

flower box

The only way I could get two boxes to fit into the bag was to cut the top half (they are tapered). I purchased the boxes in the garden section of home despot but couldn't find them online. They run around $6 each, I also removed the bottom tray that holds water.

The boxes were in the garage for a couple of days, my wife was eyeballing them for flower deployment...

The tool bag has a zippered compartment inside, great place to store copies of Form Is.

I have one of those and the only way my M92 will fit would be if I removed the flash hider. It must be Mother Theresa tight!

It was a little snug, but the canvas bag gives a little.

I just got back from assisting a friend with selecting his first (hopefully of many) AKs. He bought a Yugo M70 underfolder. It brings a tear to my eye to watch friends cross over the dark side. The only AK he has ever fired was the M92 on its maiden voyage. Now I need to turn him on to Aim Surplus...

$650 for the M70.

I got one from SIR Supply. Like new condition. Nice folks to do business with. They also have an outside pocket that will hold a spare mag. Heavy duty zippers and stiching. Rubberized as well. Heavy duty shoulder strap.
