Buy em while you can and stack them back for a rainy day. I sold off my smoked mags to replace them with the black ones.

Yup, I agree.

As long as I still have both my 106UR SBR and the 5.56 AK that I built, I'm not selling any of mine. Even if I have 30ea of the black ((30)) 5.56 mags, I'm not selling any of them...

It's a fact that the black poly mags are much more durable and reliable than the smoke ones. I have a pair of the smoke 30's and a pair of the smoke 20's. I'm keeping them both just to have..

Money doesn't grow on trees. Its grows in Bulgaria in the form of black polymer.

Temecula beat me to them. He is selling them on gunbroker to fund new carpet for his apartment. And a pedicure.

My suggestion to him is to enroll in a ESL class first.

Yeah but at least two guys got banned for breaking marketplace rules. I knew better.

I feel bad for the guy. His dad left when T was a kid and his mom had to sell herself to raise him. He posted a picture of her on the AK 74 area.

No wonder the guy turned out to be a D bag.

Should make the limit one or two per costumer, if the lots are going to be this small.

It was in the beginning. 1 per customer due to limited supply. Then it was 2 per customer. The last batch was 4 per customer.

4 per order sounds about right. Having 1 mag per person is pretty lame.

One mag is lame, but not as lame as having none.

They should know better that these mags are in high demand if the 106 AK is going to grow in popularity. But buying 1 mag at a time yes is better then none but almost is a complete waste if you are placing an order. Thats why there needs to be other options for high quality 5.56 AK mags. Last I heard xtech tactical might be making them but we shall see.

If you don't mind doing a little modifying and like the look of steel mags, Weiger mags are my go to choice for my .223 AKs. I've modified and refinished 15 of them and they all function flawlessly in my Vepr and Saiga .223 rifles. I sold off all of my plastic mags in favor of steel. Hopefully, X-Tech or another party can expand the small pool of available .223 AK mags.

I know that with tapco golani mags you can modify them to fit. Apparently you just have to Dremel a little off the sides or something

I’ve heard that puffgun is making a .223 mag. But it may just be for VEPR’s, not really sure.

You're correct. There are two different versions floating around. One says Vepr on the side of the mag and the other says Saiga. Hopefully we'll get access to them sometime in the near future.

Hopefully so! The VEPR mags come in like 4 different colors. Iíll post a pic if I can find it again.

Anyone have insight into how the ((10)) 5.56 mags work in a VEPR 1V .223? If at all?

I have a 16" .223 Vepr I converted, so I assume fitment would be the same between the models. Circle 10 mags run fine as long as the bullet guide is present and the mag release has been trimmed down enough. They always locked up pretty tight in my Vepr with no wobble.
