Nice deal. I find these at local gun shows for $10 but sometimes they're in pretty rough shape. Not to mention the $7 entry fee.... Thanks for sharing.

Driving from Ohio all the way down there will probably obliterate any savings. Not to mention the drive home....

Are these made in China? I talked to an online support agent (Ryan) and he didn't know. He said, "We're not exactly sure of the origin of these cans. We purchased multiple truckloads from a competitor after we confirmed they were in perfect condition."

Got the two ammo cans today, they are excellent, good paint, clean, excellent seal, brand new. Not a bad deal, especially free shipping.

I get used .50 cans from my LGS for nine bucks out the door. As long as the seal is good and the steel isn't warped, no problems.

Drat, the 2-can/free ship deal is out of stock. They've got a great deal on 1,000 rounds of SS109 (62 gr. 5.56) in an ammo can for $299. If I could have added on two cans and gotten free shipping... that would have been a great deal.

Just got mine. They appear to be the same color and dimensions as the Chinese cans Academy has had on sale for $9.99 in the past. About 2mm taller than standard GI cans, but still very well made.

Take a US Military surplus can and one of those Knock-off cans and put em in the water for a while. See which one has more water in it.
